Skin Reaction and Civil Rights

So I found this while browsing a bunch of skin reactions on wikipedia. Thought is was interesting.

"In the United States, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals found that, because black males suffer from pseudofolliculitis barbae more than Caucasian males, Domino's Pizza's no-beard policy violated the 1991 Civil Rights Act, Title VII.^[8]"

Pseudofolliculitis barbae is basically razor bumps, more prone to occur in people with thick, curly hair. I doubt there's something like this in place for the military.
